The property is absolutely beautiful and perfectly situated—such a relaxing atmosphere. The Paint & Sip with Jonelle was the standout experience of our trip—so fun, engaging, and memorable. Reconciling the cost of taxes on the Expedia application and the hotel/apartments would make BLR Villas Dover Beach a 10--location, cleanliness, and price. When the Longitudinal Ph.D. dissertation writer was homeless (20251216-several days) and thirsty, BLR Villas extended water (free of charge) and allowed the previous renter to use the internet (to attempt to get proper Expedia refunds/reduce homelessness). 」

「The room was spotless, and watching the sunset from our 3rd floor deck was amazing. The pool was a bonus in case the ocean is too rough to swim. One negative was the bars across the street were a little loud, but if you keep the bathroom door shut, it helps a lot. The sound comes in through the venting the bathroom.」
