「Terrible. I booked this accommodation for 5 nights but when I arrived I could not access it. The owner never send me any details even after I asked for it. When I contacted them after I arrived they denied to know anything about the booking even though I sent them all the details I had from Hotels.com.
They were not helpful and started ignoring my messages very quickly. So I had to find other sleeping accommodations at the last minute which was not easy and much more expensive. So I never...
