「At check in I asked for walks in the area from the accommodation and the lady said she didn’t know. I would expect the customer services dept to be able to provide that information. I would also expect to be taken to the room rather than pointed in the right direction. Room good as expected for price - disappointing no mirror in bedroom and not good ventilation in bathroom. 「Location was perfect. Just off the high street so loads of pubs and eateries very nearby. House was a great size for us. 4 good sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and open plan living dining and kitchen area. Parking for 3 cars just outside the front door. 」
