「There was nothing unique about the hotel. It was nasty, disgusting, unclean. Dog hair in between the beds. Had to switch rooms, and the second room smelt like mold. My family traveled there to spend our yearly vacation with family. We are 7 hours away from them. I dreaded going to the hotel at the end of the day when I stayed. 「There's just a bit of musky smell in the hallways. The room with hot tub was clean and hot tub worked well. We visited the pool but some lady had like 7 kids. Not that we don't like kids ot just when they think they can jump in the hot tub it's annoying. Breakfast was pre-wrapped microwaveable items 1st come 1st served. I've stayed a few times and once there was nothing left. Overall the hot tub room is best in town. There is a $100 cash deductible before stay that's a bit annoying also. We had...

「Never recommending this place, just terrible. My room was not cleaned before I arrived. There were blood, food and hair on the beddings. I had to change rooms. But they did say, they were planning on remodeling the place.」

「I found earrings in my room that I threw in the trash. The swimming pool area wasn't in good or great shape. The pool area needs some modern upgrades. More seating and better lighting. Breakfast was fair and the was little small for the furniture that was in the room. It was okay. I've stayed in several other SPRINGHILL SUITES MARRIOTT and it was ALOT NICER than this particular facility. The rooms were also much bigger.」

「They advertise that they have a pool, there is no water in it in the middle of the summer, they advertise free wifi/ high speed Internet, they have no wifi at all. We go to check in and we're told there was a deposit. At no time anywhere were we told that there would be a deposit.si cough up more money or lose everything already invested.
