「Our room was not very clean, hadn’t been vacuumed & sheets, towels, pillows & mattress were extremely worn out. Room didn’t receive fresh towels after request to get some. We had to go find some ourselves. Breakfast was tasty but incredibly slow. Wouldn’t stay again.」

「Generous breakfast, comfortable beds, easy parking as long as you know where to park, convenient location」

「Extremely easy to locate the hotel using the postcode given. We arrived in Skipton rather early and parked in the long stay car park round the back which is £8.10 for 9 hours but free from 6pm- 9am. There is free parking on the side road next to the hotel if you're lucky enough to secure a space. We had a lovely walk round Skipton centre - it's full of independent shops selling gifts, coffee, cakes and fish to name but a few. Great to see also lots of little pubs and banks/ building societies...

「Such a great place to stay! Elsbeth and Richard are so dedicated to their property and make it an unforgettable experience. The property is so well kept and their customer service is simply the best.」

「Room was clean. Plenty of space, living area, bathroom and kitchen appliances (washer and Stove). Staff were very helpful, polite and assisted with luggage on arrival. Given directions to public parking lot just around the corner, with entrance from the rear of the pub also providing access to the parking lot. (Pay and display). Lot clears out after school day ends, and first hour free, no charge 6pm to 8am, the first hour free the next day. Had supper at the venue, good food, basic menu....

「The host was very friendly, but under the influence. I really wanted to like this BnB as it looked so nice and querky on the pictures. I booked a room that was meant to have a private bathroom, but in fact it was just a toilet in a wardrobe and no "designer toiletries" the bed was not comfortable at all, but at least the bedsheets and the towels were clean. The rest of the house was dirty and smelled of very old and accumulated cigarettes smoke a d weed, it was quite revolting. There was only...

「On the plus side, the bathroom was very clean. On the downside, there was no hot water in the shower. There was no alarm clock, or any clock, anywhere. There were no kleenex. The ceiling in the bedroom had water damage. The "hotel" had no staff. There was a number to call with questions, but nobody answered. Breakfast had to be ordered at booking, but they didn't tell you that at booking, but you could only book breakfast at a time no one else booked. Overall, not very welcoming -- when...

「Very good location and room. However the breakfast fell short of expectations.」
