「My favourite hotel in Kassel. The room was clean with a nice bathroom. The duvet was the standard single on a double bed. Not the most comfortable for me. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast and evening meals. 」

「The location is great, the staffs are also very nice and supportive, we asked for late arrival and everything worked out very well. The rooms is a good size and has kitchen as well which is convenient for long stays. There is free parking available too. The main problem was of course the beds. The mattress is extremely uncomfortable, the pillows too, we have difficulties sleeping the first night and we got additional pillows the second night, but we decided to end our stays there and move to...

「Als ich ankam, war mein reserviertes Zimmer nicht gereinigt und vorbereitet. Ich bekam ohne Umstände ein Ausweichzimmer. Am nächsten Tag wurde ich gebeten in mein ursprüngliches Zimmer umzuziehen. Als Entschädigung für die Umstände fand ich auf dem Zimmer einen Obstkorb und ein Fläschchen Sekt, bekam gratis ein Getränk an der Bar und einen Preisnachlass für den Aufenthalt. Somit bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem professionellen Umgang der Panne. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, die Mitarbeitenden...

「Voor een snelle slaapplek op de route een ideale plek. Schoon en keurig kon ook niet anders want het was nieuw. Het hotel ligt ingesloten tussen wegen dus enige hinder van geluid is er wel. Restaurant 10 min lopen afstand en prima eten. 」
