The staff in reception were very helpful and knowledgeable with every need or question. 「This is a new Abratel on Yonah Hanavi as opposed to the one we stayed before on Geulah. (It appears that they are also updating that hotel as well). Regardless, the same friendly staff and welcoming presence was evident. Our room was lovely with a great view of the Mediterranean from our balcony. The breakfast was good, nothing fancy but with many options. Location is great. Only praise. 」

「The room was clean and bright and more spacious than previous hotels on our trip, we requested an extra blanket and a lovely duvet was delivered .We had specific food requests - vegan and gluten free and the kitchen obliged with excellent meals specially prepared and all of the staff were polite , helpful and eager to please - nothing was a problem.I will stay here again」
