The property is absolutely beautiful. Pool is stunning and views are wonderful. There is quite a hill to climb up to get to the property but there are lots of taxi's around to take you up the hill. There are shops and beaches close by and a bus stop at the bottom of the hill. Lassi tavernas are close by and Argostoli a short car/ bus journey away. If you go on excursions, many of the providers offer pickup from close by.

We were very disappointed with our stay here and ended up leaving early as it was well below our standards. From afar the pictures look nice but up close the property is not well maintained. The room was clean but towels were fraying and ripped. There was daily housekeeping but they didn’t replace or wash drink ware just rinsed it out. The shower was clogged. The shower head was broken in one of our rooms and the hotel reception was annoyed that we asked for it to be fixed and she didn’t know we could speak Greek and started complaining in Greek about how we were just looking to get our money back?? The pool was very poorly maintained and pieces of the pool floor were flaking off. Another part of the pool had pieces broken off of the wall. There was no pool service, you had to order at the bar. When we left early the hotel reception did not care and did not ask about our stay or anything. They clearly do not care as long as they have your money. Overall very disappointed - I would not recommend this hotel for anyone.

Lovely!!

Absolutely wonderful!! The room was comfortable, neat and clean.with beautiful views over the sea. Staff were friendly and very helpful. An ideal setting - only 10min from the airport, a lovely beach just a 15min stroll away, I also enjoyed a trip into Argoustoli, the capital, to see some turtles. A great holiday.

The property is fantastic. Terrific balconies with gorgeous views, great pool and friendly staff. Only issue is property is located ontop of a mountain with a long walk down to the town and beaches, especially with kids. We had to take a taxi everywhere but overall great place to stay.

I won't repeat all the positive comments left by other guests. We agree with them all. The 3 things that we particularly loved about this hotel were the pool area, the pool bar, and the bed! The pool area is as nice as any 5 star hotel we have stayed in. Spacious and clean. The view is hard to beat. The pool bar has a great vibe all day long, even into the evening. The bed was soft and comfortable just as we like it. This hotel was a great find.

Amazing hotel, but in uphill

Amazing hotel, lovely staff, very clean and nice. Keep in mind that it’s the highest point of Lassi, it’s impossible to walk uphill when it’s 30 degrees. To go to the beach/city centre you need taxi or your own car.

A Great Hotel that I highly Recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel - we're so very glad we booked it. The room (no.7) was enormous, with a lounge area separate to the bedroom; and to top it off, we had a sea-facing balcony which gave us magnificent views over the land and sea. I would suggest hiring a car or quad to get to and from the hotel, as it is a steep walk to the main road (just short of a kilometre), but I have no hesitation in highly recommending this hotel for it's great location and stunning ameneties!
