"I was supposed to meet a family member here, but their flight was canceled and could no longer meet me here in Japan. I needed to cancel this reservation because of this disappointing turn of events. I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay. "Stay for 4 night. The room is fantastic, spacious and clean. The lounge is a extra plus, very good atmosphere, has a vaccum hifi with vinyl disc player, tannoy speaker. You could play the jazz disc enjoy the mojiko beer here, very relaxing. The staff is very friendly and professional, I could not find my JR pass after check out. I went back to the front desk asked for help, the lady help me up to the room at once while the service lady was being clean up, she pull out all garbage and check. Although could not find, I was still appreciated their help and professional. The breakfast buffet quality was just so so..also not many choice."
