Staff was friendly and helpful but the place felt a bit tired and in need of some maintenance attention.

Very kind and priceworthy

Very helpful and supportive to change my room into a non-smoking twin-bed room from the other style. Economic room rate and great dinner site (Izakaya). One problem was to reserve a taxi from another town back to the hotel in the evening (This is not the hotel's problem but the area's one)
