「Helpful staff at front desk and one of them can speak some Chinese. Although my booking was a standard room, they upgraded my room to a luxury one. However, the condition of the outside lane to Hotel is very bad, it was always muddy during my four days staying there.」

「The Milestone has a friendly team of staff and is well managed. The restaurant has multiple options of breakfasts available and the rooms have really good a/c which is a huge relief during hot days. Multiple staff at the front desk are knowledgable on all the best spots in the area and will be able to guide you on pretty much anything you will need! Awesome stay guys, won't forget it! 「The hotel is located near the shopping area Thamel, which helps to find meal and things easily. It also provides hot water which is especially essential in the winter. The rooftop also nice and can enjoy the sunshine there. The staffs are nice and willing to provide extra towels but with a bit slow. 」

「The location is convenient. When I visited, the road in front of the hotel was under construction, but they informed me before my arrival, so it was easy to reach. They kindly upgraded my room, which had a lovely balcony. I chose the plan with breakfast, which was generous and filling. Overall, I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a nice hotel near Thamel 👍」

「Here is the English translation: ⸻ On the first night of our stay, we found an opened bottle of Coke in the room’s refrigerator, which made us feel that the cleanliness might not have been thorough. However, the hotel is located in a great area for shopping, and the rooftop restaurant is excellent, offering both a beautiful view and delicious food. All the hotel staff we encountered were warm, friendly, and provided helpful assistance.」
