One night during a trip to Nikko

We have a family stay during a trip to Nikko. The Hotel is far, and the road have many hard curves, but it was easy to find and worth the cost. The room is big enought to 4 people, warm, comfortable beds and the breakfast was very good and complete. We rented a car, and the parking is at the road in front of the hotel, and free.

口コミと全然違う

部屋がジメジメしていて、ベットのシーツも掛け布団もしっとり。寝れないので、自分のバスタオルを履いて寝ました。貸し出しのタオルもジメッとしていた。素泊まりで13000円。ありえない。次の日に用事があったから仕方なく泊まった。 最悪⤵️。口コミと全く違う。

オーナーもスタッフさんも好い人です。 夕食の提供はありません。朝御飯は焼きたてパンがとても美味しかったです。 食べきれなかったパンはお土産にしてくださいました。 自販機が無いので途中で買い物は必須です。

Great place with amazing service!

The lodge is run by a very friendly lady who was very accommodating. The rooms were very clean as well. Restrooms and showers are shared between rooms. There is also access to a communal microwave and refrigerator as well.

高級ホテルや旅館ではなかなか感じることが出来ない、温かく人間らしい最高のコミュニケーションとホスピタリティ。店主の女性の素晴らしい接客と心遣いに感動すら覚えた。妻と小学生の娘2人の4人で宿泊したが、帰路の車中は店主が優しさで溢れていた話で盛り上がりながら帰った。 ペンション(建物)は決してハイグレードではないけれど、そのネガティブな部分が全く気にならなくなるような心遣いを随所で感じられた。 このペンション一押しのお風呂は格別に気持ち良かった。お盆休みの時期に宿泊したが山奥の立地なのでとても涼しく、網戸にしておけば夏の暑さが全く気にならない。冬場はスキー客が多いエリアなので暖房設備は流石に充実しているようだ。 事前にお伝えすれば朝食を準備してくれる。朝食はサラダ、焼きたてのパン、コーヒーをいただいた。パンは外側がカリカリで中はフカフカのもっちり系。バターとジャムとの相性は抜群。家族みんな大満足。 チェックアウト時に店主とみんなで記念写真。最初から最後まで終始素敵な笑顔。ペンションの名前の通り、身も心もぽかぽかだ。このエリアに宿泊する機会があれば必ずまたこのペンションに泊まるに違いない。

オーナーの方の対応がとてもよく、親切で感じ良く対応してくださいました。 朝食は、４００円で焼きたてパンとサラダ、コーヒーを用意してくださいました。 周りに何もないので夕飯は、自分で持ち込みをオススメします 予約時に、夕飯を依頼しておけば、食べれたようです。 部屋にコンセントが少ないのは残念でしたが、それぞれグループ毎にお風呂を沸かしておいてくださり、尾瀬歩いた体には、ペンションの名前通り、ぽかぽかでした。 オーナーさん、ありがとーございました。

今回はボードの利用で宿泊させて頂きましたが。リフト券が割引きになる用紙をくださったり、ゲレンデまでの送迎も心良くして頂き嬉しかったです。朝食に出されたパンがとにかく美味しくてお話伺ったら手作りとのことでなるほどと思いました。今回は朝食のみだったので次回は是非夕食も頂きたいと思いました。

Nice owner, perfect location, varying breakfast

The owner was extremely kind. There were some bags in the room, but I suppose they weren't there because it was dirty but rather being in the mountain and log-house. The first-day breakfast was sort of whatever but the second day was very nice. The location was great. The owner was very kind to also offer transport means too. Overall, we are very satisfied.
