「This was our second time staying at joy island and we will continue to come annually. Staff and service is always extremely welcoming and helpful. This time round the buggy service was a bit slow which was a little disappointing but it was quite busy. Our server Alisha at palm beach was amazing. 」

「This is a local island in which there are many different hotels there. This hotel I have chosen is perfect for me! I live on the very top room and I can see the moonlight and the sea-view every night and day. The Staff are extremely helpful for all my requests (such as arranging excursions like snorkelling trip visiting nurse shark and sunset fishing trips) and they always serve with a smiley faces. The island is full of lovely cats.」

「The staff were excellent and everyone looked very happy to be there and were very friendly and easy to chat to as a result. The only unknown I had was the food before arriving but the food was very good, even when we didn't fancy something on the menu they were very happy to make something up for us! I would recommend walking around the island and checking out the rest as well as there are stunning views to be had around.」
