Pricier Than My Expectations on This Local Island

It was all very good until check out as I was being accused taking their laundry bag. After few discussions they agreed not to charge the cost of laundry bag. However it already left a bad taste in my mouth so I took one star off. The location was very good being close to the bikini but it’s under construction while I was there. It made the water so murky that it wasn’t very inviting as well as the noise of the trucks killed the peace & quite. I’m sure in a year the beach will be nice again. There was shuttle schedules to take guests to another bikini beach named Dream Beach which is close to the sand bank in the island. Although it was very pretty, it’s a bit inconvenient to have to take shuttle to get into water. There’s a swimming on the roof top for guests to enjoy but I’m allergic to chlorine. We’ve found the excursions expensive to do providing it’s a local island. We didn’t do any due to the cost plus weather was not good neither. Foods were good and surprisingly seafood wasn’t as good being surrounding by the sea.

Quiet, safe, attentive staff.

What a hidden gem that was tucked away in a quiet area, awesome attentive staff, loved the food that changed daily. We paid for the 3 meals per day plan just to keep it simple. Checking in and out was a cinch and they arranged all travel and PCR tests. For sure will stay with them again when in the area.

Sehr schöner Ausblick aufs Meer, Fitness Raum top ausgestattet. Badestrand vor dem Hotel konnte nicht mit Bikini / Badehose benutzt werden, da dieser öffentlich war und somit in diesem muslemischen Land man sich an dessen Regeln halten sollte. (Oberkörper für Männer bedeckt / Einheimische Frauen gingen mit Burka baden)

Oque gostei : Vista da piscina do hotel , café da manhã muito bom , Quarto excelente. É o maior e melhor hotel da ilha. Oque NÃO gostei : A equipe do hotel e muito despreparada e nada simpática ( tirando uma única funcionaria ) , queria fazer passeios e eles não tinham interesse algum em ajudar. Acredito que precisem melhorar muito o atendimento.

Al momento di lasciare l'albergo (21/03/2019), mi hanno detto che dovevo pagare 900,00 $ per la stanza. Ho dovuto litigare a lungo, Non ho pagato nulla, e gli ho lasciato la stampa della prenotazione di Expedia, con la cifra già pagata. Cosa veramente scocciante. Inoltre avevo chiesto se era possibile avere una stanza con vista mare ed invece la vista era sulle baracche. Inoltre c'era scritto "parliamo la vostra lingua" e non ce n'era uno che parlasse Italiano...!

The hotel itself was great! Very nice and clean, the pool was nice and the gym was ok. The food at the restaurant was also pretty good! What you would expect with that price. Only complain, is that the staff was not so happy.. most of the times they didn’t even say hi. But in the reseption if you asked they would help you with anything you needed.

It was nice.. the staff was lovely and helpful.. there was no soap though in the washroom as they said it was out of stock & we were asked to instead use shower gels as handwash (we kept inquiring about the soap the whole of 5/6 days we were there..). The room dine-in food was amazing one time that we ordered, the other time it seemed a bit cold.. Apart from this, all was good.
