「Das Zimmer hat seinen Zweck erfüllt. Bei einem Zimmer mit Balkon sollte man bedenken, dass es direkt zur Straße rausgeht und es dort sehr laut werden kann. Vor allem, wenn Veranstaltungen in der nahe gelegenen Roig-Arena stattfinden, kommt es durch sehr viel Fans zu starken Lärmbelastungen. Unsere Zimmertür ist nie richtig ins Schloss gefallen. Man musste sie immer zu ziehen. Dies haben wir direkt bei unserer Ankunft bemerkt und der Rezeption mitgeteilt. Jedoch wurde das Problem bis zum Tag...

「位置非常靠近科学馆,比较市中心. 酒店停车费比较贵,但是运气好的话在附近能找到免费停车场. 总体来说是家非常不错的酒店.」

「In the morning,we can't get the cold water from the counter or cafeteria,all we can have is hot water. there is no hot pot in the room and there is no convenient stores nearby.I tried to explain and ask the staff that we really need some cold water to drink but her attitude is harsh and firm.It's ridiculous to me. By the way,the location is far from the nord station!don't recommend.」

「Poca atención, pésimo desayuno, poca ayuda, pero tiene una ubicación maravillosa. Tuve que pedir cambio de cuarto porque daba a una azotea completamente sucia yo creo que no deberían hacer eso porque las habitaciones que ponen para resecar se ven de otra manera. Y Meliá no es precisamente un hotel barato. Creo por cómo he viajado con ustedes que son muy taxistas con los mexicanos y no deberían. Me lo pensaré la próxima ves. Gracias por su atención.」
