Very nice and spatious apartment for 5 persons. Responsive and kind staff. 30 min walk to the City of Arts. Bus stops vand hospital very nearby. Some noisy working places around the block. An uprising residence area with nice cofees erc.

Room was perfect with everything we needed. It was clean, staff were helpful, the code system was easy enough and worked for us. There isnā€™t a full time reception but any problems were addressed via WhatsApp - but when the staff were there during the day, they always answered our questions. Definitely recommend if you want a quiet self-catered stay where you have more space but donā€™t need the all extras of a hotel. People have mentioned there was construction outside but the rooms seem sound proof as the noise had no impact on our stay.

This is a newly renovated hotel in a modern style, very quiet inside. Suites are spacious, clean, comfortable and cozy. Easy parking and walkable distance to the shopping. The location was great and worth the price.

A perfect weekend at a great hotel

Great service and brand new rooms. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. The rooms are delicate, fully equiped, tidy and clean. Great location right next to several bus stops which will take you to all the attractions in Valencia.

I really liked the nearby public transportation (only bus) and the supermarkets. The people from the property were really helpful. If asked for new towels or anything else, it would get replaced quickly. However since there was a construction in many buildings in the direct environment, it was really noisy and dirty around the building.

Maria who checked us in was very helpful and kind. She gave us directions how to get to the historic center of Valencia and info about the public transport. The apartment was very clean and had enough space for a family of 4 (with two teens). The location of the aprtment was good and it was in walking distance to the supermarket. Would definitely recommend this place.

Spacious, new & convenient!

Clean and new. Very spacious and comfortable. Close to the Science Museum, and a short drive to the Valencia's cathedral. Check-in area not easiest to find, but once you do is smooth sailing. Try to get the contact information ahead of time in case you need assistance.

Three day trip to see the Fallas festival

Very spacious fully equipped modern studio apartment. Lots of free parking outside and secure paid for parking in the basement. Located in a quiet area. A long walk from the centre of Valencia but there is a bus stop right out the front which is very easy to use. Highly recommended.

Good clean apartment with easy.parking. easy bus into town. Great help and advice from Sophia. Found it tricky to upload documents beforehand and a bit of noise from landing aircraft. Spacious room. Would use again

It is a clean and nice studio with free on street parking. The staff reach out in advance to communicate and gave some good tips. They want you to email your credit card number in case you damage the property which must be against Orbitz policies.

The apartment is a 15 minute bus ride to the big market and historic center. The suite itself was bare bones equipment wise, ie a pod coffee maker but no pods, no tea kettle. The building is new and modern with keyless entry. Bed was comfortable. A few cafes in the area, the grocery store was a 15 minute walk. The concierge was polite and helpful but works limited hours per day. I would go back better prepared.

Valencia City Break

A really well appointed, spacious, modern and comfortable apartment. En suite is well thought out. Bedroom area had plenty of storage space and beds very comfortable. The decor was muted, stylish and uncluttered. Very clean and tidy throughout. The only glitch was not with the room but the online check in. We put in details of 1st person and when put in the 2nd previous details didn't save. We had to do this several times before it worked, even then there was a problem with saving credit card details - causing a problem later with getting entry codes, we were arriving late and the reception is only staffed between 10:00 - 18:00.

If I could give this place a 10 star rating I would! Wow how phenomenal was this property! My husband and I felt like it was home. We stayed only 3 nights and already regret having to leave. ValĆØncia in itself is beautiful but this hotel made the stay super comfortable and convenient for us. The bus stops are right outside and across from the hotel making transportation to the city center and the beaches very easy. The transportation of Valencia could use a bit of an upgrade to save time but it is very easy to use. The hotel was able to help us save a bit of Euros while here by going to a local grocery store to be able to cook and have easy to eat foods for our stay! Also it was a fresh and delicious healthy meals we missed from home. The staff went above and beyond for us! They allowed our luggage to be stored there for free before our train departed Valencia and they gave super helpful advice when looking for places to eat and shop. Our experience in Valencia was amazing and I wish it was much longer. The best place in Spain by far! Please bring this hotel idea to Canada!! It would thrive there. And I would love to use this same hotel concept throughout Spain and Europe for a super comfortable stay!
