「L'hébergement en soi était très bien, tout refait à neuf avec une belle décoration. Cependant, l'hébergement ne correspondait simplement pas à mes attentes. Je croyais que c'était un hôtel, mais ça ressemblait plus à un "motel" dans le sens que les hébergements étaient séparés autour d'une cour qui semblait abandonnée. Les grands vents avaient tout renversé le mobilier extérieur, de jardin et de piscine. La réception était fermée et il n'y avait pas de navette vers l'aéroport tel de décrit sur...

「Firstly, the Kyriad sign can only be seen from the onramp back into the autoroute and not when you are driving by on the street. Maybe trim the trees in the parking lot? The restaurant staff was not particularly knowledgeable about food and drink options, but the server must just have been brand new. No big deal. Lastly, the friendly reception staff kindly reserved a taxi for me the night before I needed to leave because I had a very before shuttle operating hours, but the taxi never showed up...

「I requested a room with a walk in shower. I did not request an accessible room. I arrived quite late in the evening. My room was on the ground floor. The bathroom was fully accessible and smelt horrible. I asked for my room to be changed but was told there are no other rooms! The room was a double but I was given 1 pillow. The room was pretty basic. I was charged more than the agreed reservation price(?!) I left without using the stinky shower and will not be returning. Complete rip off £125 for...
