The hotel was close to the airport which made for an easy, early morning. Lots of restaurants near by to choose from. The hotel was clean but very simple - perfect for a night before a flight but there's no pool or other amenities.

Quick and easy check-in, nice staff, provided a baby bed at our room door free of charge. Was a great last minute stay. There a sushi shop 50m away.

There were dead bigs in my room. I also got some bites while I was sleeping. I was so tired that even though I saw dead bugs I went to bed and dropped into a derp sleep. Bed was comfy and room was otherwise clean.

This was in a great location. However, the room was not clean or dusted. There was dirt all over the floor, a qtip by the seat, and hair in the bathroom. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Awesome Hotel

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. We arrived only to realize i did not reserve a hotel next to the airport. The manager/owner, Farid, graciously offered to help us out. He went above and beyond to assist us when we decided to stay in this much nicer hotel than the Ibis airport hotels. Everything was spotlessly clean. Rooms were, quiet, new and very comfortable. A cab was called for our morning trip to airport, and was on time. We arrived within 15 minutes. Staff were very professional and polite. We will be back!

to expedia : pls update your info on your website about the hotel's shuttle service The hotel does not provide shuttle to the airport as indicated on your website The hotel will call a taxi for the guest, no actual rebate or monetary advantage while staying at this hotel hence you should remove the statement about shuttle service since there is none

Hotel construit il y a 2 ans. Au millieu d'une zone industriel. Chambres spacieuses. Lit tres confortable, grande télévision. Clim silencieuse limitée à 23°C. Offre restauration uniquement en distribution automatique. Juste a côté un resto et 1 Lidl. Grand parking gratuit.

Hôtel récent et propre. La literie est très bonne. Juste à notre arrivée l’aspirateur a été mal passé mais nous l’avons signalé et la femme de ménage est aussitôt venue faire le nécessaire. La zone industrielle est très bien il y a beaucoup de commerces autour même pour manger.

Déception

Receptionniste particulièrement désagréable. Nous sommes client régulier d’hôtels et l’accueil a été mauvais. Notre réservation via la plateforme promettait une chambre pour 3 avec bouilloire café mini bar . Nous avons eu juste 3 lits et 2 serviettes de toilette. Quand j ai expliqué que j’avais réservé justement pour bénéficier de ses services ayant des denrées à mettre au frigo et voulant boire des boissons chaudes le réceptionniste a été vraiment désagréable. Il m’a reproché d’avoir utilisé la plateforme plutôt que directement leur site Accor. Puis m’a dit que le site hôtels.com était mensonger qu il n’y avait pas de chambre pour 3 avec le standing premium.Que je m’étais faite avoir. j’ai demandé une chambre différente à mes frais avec beaucoup de difficultés,car il était désagréable. bref je lui demandais juste une chambre différente à mes frais moi… j’ai bien compris que je m’étais faite avoir par le site … au final quand il a enfin compris ma demande il m’a dit « y’a plus rien ». J’ai été vraiment choquée de son attitude. Plus tard dans la soirée nous avons été témoin du même problème avec d’autres clients qui eux ont été beaucoup plus virulent que moi face à l’attitude du réceptionniste. Bref grosse déception et nuit vraiment pas terrible . Lumières qui ne fonctionnaient pas . Pas de papiers toilettes et manque une serviette de toilette. Gobelet sale . Chromcast de la tv impossible à faire fonctionner

Nicht abgenutzt, man „spürt“ noch den Neubau. Das Sicherheitsgefühl würde gestärkt wenn auch die Tore geschlossen und nicht mit Riemen an Pfosten gebunden daran gehindert werden. Wir haben uns für dieses Hotel entschieden, weil unser Auto zwei Tage davor eingebrochen wurde. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Fahrstuhl mit Zimmerkarte nutzbar und damit gegen Fremde abgesichert.
