I stayd there dor a week and it was a great. Had a really good time there. The pool area is awesome. Staff is great, fun and excellent service. Chatting with the manager Lee every morning iver coffee at thebpool area. The restaurant is awesome! The barrista makes the best coffee. I would give my stay 10/10.
Fantastic property, clean and fresh. Great water pressure and fantastic dining at the restaurant. Pool side is fantastic just needed to be able to swim later than 6:30pm!

Gave us 1 free dessert for waiting that took another hour

Breakfast was good self serve
Always treated with respect and kindness when we stay here - The food is also delicious.
Just be aware on Saturday they have a pool party - extremely loud music, open to all- but it did stop before 1700. Thank goodness. If you want peace and quiet on a Saturday- you will be disappointed.

Enjoyed our stay utilising an interconnected bedroom for 2A and 3C. Front door security was not good with poor lock on door which did not close fully. Security felt compromised. Swimming pool great but needed times during day to allow hotel guests only as the sunbeds were sometimes filled by people who were not guests and not paying for food/drink. Just bringing their own towels and utilising the pool without any payment towards hotel while guests pay high price for accommodation. Towels for pool ran out on Christmas day due to limited staff and no staff apparently working on Boxing Day. Would be positive if hotel gave guests friendlier service as focus (perhaps time of year) appeared more interested in christmas parties with mixed messages from hotel reception in relation to Christmas day food service and clothing requirements being disregarded at bar area.
Excellent on all levels..just would recommend the cards on doors are fixed so guest can have easy and quick access. Everyone was lovely and friendly, nice and quiet and clean.
