hôtel à éviter

séjour positif en dehors de l'hôtel Jessenius qui ne correspond en rien au descriptif. Parking inexistant, ménage quotidien pas fait, 3 nuits sans changement de literie, obligé de réclamer des serviettes qui ne sont pas changées. le personnel ne parle aucune langue étrangère, ne connait ni bonjour ni sourire. L'ascenseur fonctionne quand il veut bien. Par + de 30° il n'y a ni clim ni même de ventilateur.Présentation mensongère de l'établissement au même titre que la note attribuée.

Great staff, location, and room.

The location is impeccable, the service is excellent, and the breakfast has a great selection that varies a little from day to day. The staff is accommodating to requests that make your stay more comfortable. The receptionist Michaela was very helpful and friendly. The room was big, clean and well stocked. Our rooms had little balconies looking out to the Opera House.

Zimmer in z.T schlechtem Zustand. Sitzmöbel beide verschmutzt. Betten hart. Personal freundlich und bemüht Frühstück gut, Abendessen mäßig. Parkplatzsuche war ein Abenteuer.

Älteres Hotel in zentraler Lage. Zimmer sehr dunkel da zur Hofseite. Frühstück war OK. Abends tote Hose. Trotz Buchung eines Parkplatzes war kein Parkplatz vorhanden. Das Auto musste nach langem Suchen in einer Entfernung von ca. 800 meter auf einem sehr teueren Parkplatz abgestellt werden.

Definitely would not recommend this hotel. Conveniently located on the promenade. It is not accessible by car, with no parking in the area. We were there during 90+ F weather. No air conditioning. The small elevator was archaic and periodically did not work.

Очень удобно расположенный отель, прекрасный вид из окна. В просторном номере есть все необходимое, но требуется ремонт, особенно очень старые окна и двери балкона. Номера тихие и чистые. Завтрак мог бы быть разнообразнее, неприятная обстановка с массой соотечественников, нагребающих полные сумки еды, несмотря на вывеску по-русски "Спасибо, что не уносите еду с собой". На завтраке ощущение возврата в начало 90-ых.

Расположение прекрасное. Самый центр. Официанты в ресторане и горничные на этажах очень профессиональные и доброжелательные. Расстроило качество напитков за завтраком. Кофе нет в принципе (то что налито в большой бадье не кофе и даже не кофейный напиток). Чай пакетированный очень низкого качества. Зеленого нет вообще.Температура воды в бойлере не позволяет заварить пакетик. После завтрака приходилось в номере готовить чай купленный в супермаркете
