Read the instructions on where to check in. I didn’t. Once we were checked in though it was awesome. We got a room with a balcony looking out in the river and it was well worth it!

Gefallen: Das Zimmer war groß genug, gut eingerichtet, schöner Ausblick. Nicht gefallen: Rezeption und Frühstück im Hotel Atlantic, 150 m entfernt. Beim Frühstück großes Gedränge, keine gute Auswahl. Am 1.1. ging der Aufzug kaputt, wurde bis zur Abreise 2.1. nicht repariert - mit Koffern vom 4. Stock mit Gehbehinderung war nicht schön.

Lang fra parkeringshus, hotellet lå mitt i smørøyet. Innsjekk på ett annet hotell, ca 50 meter unna, der ble frokost servert helt ok.

zentrale Lage

sehr schönes klassisches hotel leider ist die rezeption nicht im hotel die dusche ist bald renovierunsbedürftig lekker frühstück mit sehr netten und fleißigen personal eine bessere beschreibung der parkmöglichkeiten ist dringend erforderlich

Posizione incantevole anche se hotel è datato , camera molto spaziosa con il balcone incantevole fronte teatro e la vista spettacolare!! Unico neo alla reception: chiesto dove posteggio dicendo che ho genitori di 82 anni mi è stato dato l’indirizzo senza segnalare la presenza di funicolare !! 500 metri a piedi in pendenza da alpinista !!

Vi skulle tjekke ind og spise morgenmad på EA Atlantic. Bøvlet/ingen parkering i byen, mens man får nøgle og p-plads. Vi fik p-plads 200 m fra vort hotel, troede vi, men nej den havde direktøren indtaget og vi måtte parkere i p-hus højt oppe - besværligt. Fik så også forkert værelse uden balkon, lykkedes så til sidst og balkon var det bedste.

Um bom local e um staff incrível no hotel Atlantic

Výhled z tohoto hotelu je neuvěřitelný. Zaměstnanci, které poskytli zaměstnanci nádherného hotelu Atlantic, mi neúnavně pomáhali, recepční noční i ranní směny, zanechávám své díky, jste skvělí lidé a to je skvělý rozdíl, odtud v Brazílii mé objetí, protože jsem nikdy jsem nečekal tolik efektivity a dobré vůle, byly top. Snídaně je velmi dobrá a chybějící recepce v hotelu ELEFANT v podpůrném hotelu pobyt vůbec neovlivnila. A vista deste hotel é incrível. As instalações são muito simples, mas o staff prestado pelo pessoal do Hotel Atlantic maravilhoso, foram incansáveis em me auxiliar, tanto o recepcionista do turno da noite como a da manhã, deixo meu agradecimento, vocês são ótimas pessoas e isto é um grande diferencial, daqui do Brasil meu abraço porque nunca esperei tanta eficiência e boa vontade, foram top. O café da manhã é muito bom e a falta de recepção no hotel ELEFANT acontecer no hotel de apoio em nada prejudicou a estadia.

Hotel direkt an der Eger in der innen Stadt

Hotel Elefant ist direkt an der Eger gelegen, Hotel selbst sauber mit teilweise erheblichen gebrauchsspuren an Möbeln und Türen, leider ist das Frühstück nicht in dem Hause ( unser Frühstückshotel befand sich nur 20 m daneben welches aber nicht so schön war) Nachteilhaft : keine Anfahrt zum Hotel mit dem Fahrzeug , Parkmöglichkeiten sehr begrenzt Parkhaus zwar ca. 300 m Luftlinie entfernt aber nur durch sehr steilen Anstieg zu erreichen ( 24 h = 28 Kronen ca. 10 € )

Ótima localização.

Ótima localização. O check in é feito em outro hotel da rede,por volta de 100 m do hotel, mas é bem tranquilo. Os quartos são excelentes,mas o banheiro é pequeno.

Vi ville bo sentralt, noe vi jo gjorde. Men vi sjekket om det var parkeringsplass, noe det ble oppgitt å være. Men det ble veldig tungvint alt sammen. Hotellrommene var i øverste etasje, det sto med balkong, men det var heller en luftebalkong, ikke mulig å sitte der. Det var mye graving utenfor, og det var vanskelig å vite hvor vi skulle stå parkert. Da vi endelig fant resepsjonen fikk vi vite at vi måtte kjøre et lite stykke, til en parkeringsplass som var bevoktet. Vi fikk et park.bevis slik at vi kunne stå 30 min mens vi fikk bagasjen opp på rommet. Rommet var ikke skikkelig rengjort, skittent i kroker og under senga, spindelvev hang fra taklampa, og støvlaget lå på toppen. Vi fant tilslutt en bevoktet parkeringsplass, men tror ikke det var der hun mente. Den tilhørte hotell Grand Pup, men vi fikk stå der. Frokosten var i samme hus som i resepsjonen, det var i øverste etasje. Det var bittelite, trangt om plass. Vi følte det såpass uapettittelig at vi tok kun mat som var pakket inn, brød måtte vi jo ta. Da vi var ferdige med å spise, sto det folk i kø for å spise. Dette viser at de har for lite plass til sine gjester. Vi bemerket at hotellrommet var skittent, men følte ikke at det ble tatt seriøst. Hun sa hun skulle gi beskjed, men vi er usikre på om dette ble gjort. Vi har brukt hotell tidligere år via hotels.com, og dette hotellet svarer ikke til det vi ellers har opplevd.

Nice 3 Star Hotel.

You have to park in the Thermal Hotel parking garage that isnot a big deal. The hotel is located righ down town and was nice. The breakfast was good but not in our hotel. You have to walk 100 meters to another hotel which not a big deal either.
