"De lobby was kil en sfeerloos. Overal felwitte spaarlampen. Slechte acoustiek zoals in een grot. De suite was groot en met gigantische terrassen met zicht al om. Het bed was van goede kwaliteit. De afwerking van de suite liet te wensen over. Er waren overweldigend veel knoppen voor de verlichting (wederom witte spaarlampen). De afwerking kon beter. "We had such a wonderful stay at Cassendra Kandy. From checking in to a spotless and very well set out room, amazing breakfast to exceptional staff. There is not one thing we could complain about. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we returned to Kandy. To the Manager Madusanka and all your staff Dilrukshi, Imandha, Padhum, Isuru, you all went above and beyond.
