I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to stay at Euro Hotel, and I must say it was a truly disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this establishment lacked the most basic level of hospitality. Firstly, it's worth noting that nobody in the entire hotel seemed to speak English. As a foreign traveler, this posed a significant challenge when it came to communication. It is quite astonishing that in this day and age, a hotel would not have staff members who are capable of conversing in a language as widely spoken as English. My dissatisfaction only increased during breakfast when I encountered an extremely rude waitress. Instead of providing me with any assistance or offering a pleasant dining experience, she actually demanded that I clean my own table. Such an unprofessional and unwelcoming behavior is simply unacceptable in the service industry. Furthermore, upon my arrival at 10 p.m., there was nobody present at the reception desk to assist me with the check-in process. I was left stranded, with no choice but to make my way to a nearby gas station to retrieve the key. To make matters worse, the employees at the gas station were rather impolite and seemed annoyed that I couldn't speak German fluently. Overall, my stay at Euro Hotel was marred by a lack of English-speaking staff, a disrespectful waitress during breakfast, and the inconvenience of having to retrieve the key from a g

Wir waren grundsätzlich wie immer zufrieden. Nur gibt es leider keine Klimaanlage. Aufgrund den Temperaturen von über 30 Grad war es im Zimmer kaum auszuhalten.

Nur zum schlafen war’s okay. Ansonsten konnte man sehen, dass das Bad nicht 100% nach unserem Vorgänger geputzt wurde. Leider konnte man das Zimmer nicht vernünftig abdunkeln also wurde es sehr früh hell.

De locatie t.o.v. Europapark is goed. Wij hadden een 3 persoonskamer. Een tweepersoonsbed en een extra bedje. Het extra bedje was een klapbed met lattenbodem en een dunne topper als matras. Je voelde iedere lat en het bed maakte veel lawaai als je bewoog. Onze dochter van 15 had dan ook absoluut geen top nacht. De kussens waren hele dunne votjes. Toen we om een extra topper vroegen voor het extra bedje konden ze die niet geven. De ontbijtruimte is behoorlijk klein. Bij aankomst moesten we kiezen of we om 07.00 uur of om 08.30 uur wilde ontbijten. Andere opties waren er niet. Dat je een tijdstip moest reserveren had bij het boeken van het hotel wel aangegeven mogen worden. Ik zou dit hotel dan ook niet meer kiezen.

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit einem zusätzlichen Bett gebucht. Das Zustellbett war ein einfaches Klappbett – für eine Nacht in Ordnung, aber etwas instabil. Durch die Nähe zur Tankstelle und dem Rasthof war es am Morgen recht lebhaft, sodass man bei geschlossenem Fenster ruhiger schläft. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und bot eine solide Auswahl – für den Start in den Tag ausreichend, auch wenn etwas mehr Abwechslung schön gewesen wäre.

Dentro do expectável, se esperamos uma estadia sem grandes sobressaltos. Não gostei particularmente do check-in e acho ser um ponto negativo (fazer o check in nas bombas de gasolina com alguém que não fale inglês ou outra língua que não seja o alemão, não me parece fazer muito sentido)
