"Checked in late night, Air-conditioner was not working took an hour to make it running, during check in I informed door knob was broken. They came and looked at but didn't fix or give us different room. During using the washroom, I noticed that there was a water leak from the tube. Called receptionist and complained. A plumber came middle of the night tried more than an hour. They didn't offer another room. I tried to sleep last part of the night but couldn't due to smelly blanket and pillow....

"Need to fix the tiles for the bedroom. It was not usable and hazardous to go there. Also, one of the bathroom was broken and not able to use. Bedroom doors locks need to be fixed. Doors are not working. Area is convenient with restaurant around and easy to get to Jamuna mall. Didn’t use A/C so not able to comments. "
