「Please be aware the property is pretty far from the center. We are from out of the country & traveled w/ my inlaws & 2 other relatives. The place was difficult to find. Kudos to the host who provided us with instructions w/ photos on how to get there. However, the area is located deep w/in houses and small one-way roads that were unpaved. 「The Villa had no hot water running in the bathrooms, the fridge is not cooling, which spoiled our food, and we noticed roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. 「Room was very clean, staff are friendly, courteous and always available to help.」

I didn’t like the mattress laid on the floor in the living room. I hope I didn’t offend you with my comments. Sorry」

「It was okay. Good clean place. 」

「Staff were super awesome. Place is very ideal because it was close to the great tourist spots. Room was big and spacious and clean.」

「Very clean an the lady running it was wounderful 」

「When we first arrived, the road to the hotel was torn up and in horrible condition. The individual at the front desk was surprised we were there even though we stated we had a reservation. The elevator was not operational so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs (the security guard helped). On entering the room, there is no AC (which was expected because it is Baguio) but there were no “ceiling fans” as stated in the description or floor fans available. There was also no microwave as...
