"The staff is very friendly and always welcoming to guests. They were very informative and helpful. Our room was generally clean and maintained well, but both of the beds smelled super mildewy. Housekeeping does not make daily rounds and will only clean rooms if you stay at least 5 nights. Additionally, there are no elevators and isn't very handicap friendly with no ramps. "The location and outlook (right in the beach) is great and the price was reasonable. The property and the room felt shabby. Our bathroom door had a hole in it that was just covered up with tape. The staff were a little surly and made me feel awkward asking for anything. "

"Beautiful partial ocean view with a swimmable sandy beach and chairs, large bedroom and bathroom, smaller second bathroom, fast Wi-Fi, two small balconies, large ceiling fans, a large, beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, stacked washer and dryer (very nice for drying swimsuits), friendly service, flowers and manicured grounds, a great gym, a large pool with two water slides for kids to enjoy, and three hot tubs. Perfect location next to shopping and a grocery store. Free parking. A restaurant on-site, but I recommend making reservations. My family plans to stay here again! This is the best resort on Kauai!"
