"There are multiple buildings in this property, all require a bit of walking. Make sure that you don't carry a heavy suitcase. As the property is built along the mountains, some walkways can be difficult with heavy luggage. Yet, the friendly staff will drop off the luggage as close to the buildings ..."

"Beware that the rooms are very far away from the hotel reception, and NO lifts to the rooms, and NO concierge to help with luggage. This means guests have to self-carry all your luggage up flights of stairs to reach your rooms. This has been one of the worst hotel experiences my family had encountered ..."
