"The room was beautiful. And as far as staff if I could give the 10 stars I would . The girl on the day at the front desk was such a sweetheart So unbelievably helpful pleasant and just a wonderful person. The young man in the evening was the same . I won’t stay anywhere else when I visit KU"

"Very clean and comfortable.. we asked for a late checkout of 3 hours past normal checkout do to needing to shower after a physical fitness test to avoid a 5 hour drive in sweaty clothes.. they were unable to accommodate us on this request."

"The rooms smelled really bad…the first room they gave me smelled like mold and I noticed it looked there had been water damage in the ceiling in the bathroom. I asked to change rooms and the clerk was very nice. The second room was slightly better but still did not smell good at all. The windows did not open so you can’t air out the rooms either. I have bad allergies so this is not great for me. "

"Hotel haven’t been cleaned, trash in hallway outside many doors. The hvac unit made horrible noises through out the night. Was charged an incidental fee 3 times the amount of the room. "
