Good Business Hotel in Kanpur, Needs better servic

The Hotel is well located in a quiet area of Kanpur. Rooms and overall hardware, amenities etc are decent for a tier 2 city. However, the team needs a lot of work in terms of service, communication and basic hospitality training. We got a feel that they meant well; however lacked professional training and the soft skills were totally missing. The Regenta parent brand; being a part of Royal Orchid Hotel group, needs to step in and make sure the franchises are training their team as per the "Regenta" corporation standards; as it definitely did not reflect in the services we experienced during our stay. Overall, a decent one nught stay in Kanpur.

Bon rapport qualité/prix

Pour 54e/nuit avec petit-déjeuner l’hôtel était bien. La chambre était propre avec une climatisation qui fonctionnait très bien. Les repas étaient bons. La partie commune à l’étage mériterait un rafraîchissement mais bon, l’essentiel y est. Le personnel à l’arrivée est vraiment très agréable.

Nice Hotel and Nice Staff

I found hotel to be nice and clean and enjoyable. I was only there for one night but the staff was accomodating and the facilities perfect for my stay. I found the hotel to be properly priced for the accomodations. No issues at all to report.
