The air conditioning was weak and the room was a little warm for my taste, but it was not bad enough to reduce my rating a whole star. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were excellent.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. The room was spacious and provided great amenities from unique lighting to all of the tools you could want in a hotel stay. The hotel also provided a complimentary happy hour with free wine. The Breakfast stood out with amazing food options and one of the best views from the 12 floor dining area I’ve had on my trip. Walkable to the Castle within 10 minutes. Over all one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had and I will be planning to stay here again on my next trip to Kanazawa.

Love Kanazawa and this hotel was conveniently located. Clean and spacious rooms. Great location as walkable to many things to see. I would recommend this hotel. There were 3 of us and we had our own bed and 2 bathrooms.
