The tram was broken our entire stay. Which meant we had to carry our luggage and walk almost a mile to our hotel room or to get food. It was a challenging stay with a toddler.

Great resort, the only downfalls, our fridge in our condo went bad and we lost our groceries. We are waiting to be refunded. In addition we did call ahead and request to be by our group they did not fully honor this.
