「The Chateau is such an exceptional resort with European style. Most importantly, if you'd like to escape from the noise and pollution, the Chateau is obviously your choice! I love the location of the Hotel which's at the top of Berjaya Hill - a place with trees and birds. You won't find any industrial or commercial amenities - and you'll relax as much as you can! 「櫃枱服務人員熱心協助. 植物園小店,應賣些零食小食. 區內餐廳價格稍貴. 去植物園的接駁巴士很方便,但9點才發車第一班車,太晚了. (The counter staff is very helpful. The botanical garden shop should sell some snacks or simple food. The restaurant in the area is a little expensive. The shuttle bus to the botanical garden is very convenient, but the first shuttle bus is only available at 9 o'clock. It is too late.)」

Sepatutnya paling kurang set roti bakar beserta kopi pun dah cukup untuk menu sarapan pagi untuk regular customer. Owner yang sama. Takkan nak berkira? Sediakan small freezer untuk family room jika boleh. Mudahkan anak² kecil untuk sejukkan minuman.」

「This is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay.」

「早餐有雞，羊，牛肉腸雞肉腸，即煮蛋，素食，沙拉奶酪麵包，早上可見雲海，但有毛巾沾有血跡，房間地板有些小黑班點，接駁車一小時一班，建議在繁忙時間需要加密班次，司機服務不錯有禮」
