部屋にある浴衣がしわしわでした。洗面台の電気も点かないし、部屋のドレッサーにドライアーが置いてありましたが、コンセントもなく、不便でした。3歳の子供用食事を2食頼んでいたのですが、夜はよかったけど、朝は大人となぜか同じもので、食べられるものがなくびっくりしました。

スタッフの方の対応がとても良く、気持ちのいい時間を過ごせました。建物自体は歴史を感じさせるものでしたが、皆さん一生懸命おもてなしをしてくださる昔ながらの良い旅館です。料理も値段の割りに、質ボリュームもあり部屋飲みのためのおつまみも入らないくらいお腹一杯になりました。特別なおもてなしを期待する方は、相応の値段の高級旅館を楽しんだらいいと思いますし、お手頃の懐かしい感じの旅館を楽しみたい方にはお勧めです。温泉のお湯もよかったです。天草方面への旅行する際は、また利用したいなと思いました。

綺麗にされているとは思いますが畳のシミが結構あり　また座布団め日焼けしている感じがして落ち着け無かったまたカーテンレールの滑りが悪く椅子に乗ってしめた従業員の方は良かったです
