卡馬拉海灘飯店，旅行前必看！

「Staff was very helpful and friendly. Just so all are aware no elevator or pool on this property. Extremely close to the lovely beaches. Hotel provided umbrellas, mats and large towels for use at the beach. Has a delightful coffee shop on the main floor. 」

「I had to came to naka before the COVID-19 and that time the breakfast is good as this trip at that time will had the prams ham and blue cheese some different cheese not the slices cheese!I think it’s need to improve on the breakfast 」

「環境美麗，客房夠大，食物味道很好，泳池亦很好游。唯酒店員工大多欠缺笑容，check in 時發現房內冷氣滴水亦沒理會也沒跟進情況。清潔房間沒有檢查及添加沐浴露及洗手液，冷氣及喉管有時有大聲響。 整體酒店硬件很好，但軟件服務方面有待改善。」

「This place is fantastic.. We got the upgraded deluxe room for 5 nights it was amazing to say the least.. The staff the room the doggies that greet you at the front check in..❤️Do yourself a favour and stay here your about a 15 min drive from Patong beach where it is crazy 24 hrs a day Kamala beach is very quiet with lots of food options and little shops and lots of friendly people..This hotel deserves 5 stars its cleans its nice and its a 3 min walk to the beach...We will def stay here again😁...

「my father does not speak English before check-in time, he walks into the resort's swimming pool alone to take look, and one of the staffs talked to him, probably asking if he is a guest. So he knew that he did not check in yet, so he moved back to the lobby to take some rest, waiting for me. Ridiculously, another staff came over and talked to him something, and of course, he did not understand, then the staff pointed him to get out. I have been to so many resorts, never have this horrible...

「房间不通风，卫生间竟然没有换气扇。 特别潮。」

「位于卡马拉海滩，离海滩仅30米，但是这个区域的海浪很大，根本不能下海，周边没有什么商业，适合需要安静的住客。」

「Resort is a bit away from town ie Kamala or Patong Beaches. Resort has its own beach but very very small, did not see any hotel guests using it. 」
