"Staff were only focused on how much we had to pay for early check in. We booked a room abd prepaid for 3 but the room had 1 towel and 1 water bottle. We hadvto request everything. The staff acted like they were doing us a favour. Ny husband was unwell and couldn't lie flat so requested an extra pillow which they refused to provide. "By far the best place we've stayed at in India! Way above standards - staff is extremely helpful, location is magnificent (exactly like on pictures), and infrastructures clean and brand new! If you are looking for calm, rest and magnificent nature definitely go there"

"Loved that we saw no other tourists here and in the city walking around. The staff were great and this hotel was well priced as a stopgap between Thekaddey and Kochin. We stayed here to be close to visit the Bird Sanctuary. Walking around town was fascinating and lots of stores giving a glimpse into every day life of locals. "

"Good room. Excellent staff. Good view of the waterfall, though not very close. However nice view of the water flowing in front of the resort. Good breakfast spread as well as ala carte options for lunch and dinner. On the whole a very pleasant and refreshing stay."
