「Clean well equipped for all our Hawaiian trip....lots fans never turned on air conditioning it was perfect!」

「Wonderful ocean front location. Gated security. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub after the day’s adventures. Just note the fees stated that will be paid onsite. Grateful I noticed other reviews stated air conditioning has a separate fee. That wasn’t easily clear in the listing. We went early June and didn’t need A/C for our visit. 」

「We booked through Expedia and didn’t know anything about the property that wasn’t listed. It exceeded our expectations and we would definitely book again! The condo was well equipped, had nice furnishings, the pool with ocean view was amazing and overall such a safe high end area. Our whole group couldn’t say enough good things about our stay. 」

「This condo was great! However, there is no AC. If we had known that in advance we probably would have found a different location to stay. There were fans and ceiling fans, but we were hot.」

「Everything was pretty good. The only issue that I had was that the place smelled like old cigarettes or cigars musty smell.」

「Great location. Easy walk into the heart of Ali'i Dr. shops and restaurants. Nice room, had everything we needed. Elevator wasn't working, didn't bother us as we were on a lower floor, but those above us didn't have it so easy. We were told the "parts were on order". Hot tub by pool also wasn't working, were going to call in someone to "look at it". Pool was perfect. Would definitely return. Beautiful scenery. 」

「Very beautiful resort. The house we booked is really big and close to the private beach and The Shops (Shopping Plaza). However, the private beach is not very large and because of there are not many restaurants at The Shops, we need to wait for a long time for dinner on Sunday. Overall, this resort is great and the staff also very polite and helpful.」

「The property was beautiful and the condo was well kept and clean. The pool was seriously a minute walk from the condo. The private beach club access was wonderful and super close. The beach was safe with lifeguards on duty. Also there was a restaurant to order food and restrooms close at hand. The front office was extremely helpful in answering any and all questions that came up and with such a great spirit. We would stay there again!」

「Clean comfortable and a nice location to downtown Kona」

「It would be nice to have a porter overnight in case of emergency or sometching like that. There was no one there when I arriever and I was struggling with finding my accomodation, and no one to help」
