「I booked Upjohn House but was told I had to come to Henderson Castle to get the keys, and I should stay there instead. It was nice enough, the setting of Henderson Castle is beautiful. 「We left early due to the strong smell of marijuana inside the building. The staff was friendly enough however they did not enforce the no smoking policy. We did not get to enjoy the pool or breakfast due to the stench. We also were there to visit our granddaughter but we didn't dare bring her back to the hotel due to the people outside the doors smoking pot and the horrible smell in the hallways, which was obviously coming from the rooms. Upstairs was the worst. I understand it's legal but...

「Parking was great. Breakfast was very good. Staff allowed a party to keep guests awake after midnight. When asked for a room transfer they were very helpful and immediately provided with a different room away from the noise and rowdy guests. Staff did ask rowdy guests to be quiet several times. However when rowdy guest continued to be rowdy they did nothing other than provide us with a different room.」
