「Very convenient location and pretty property」

「water stopped at the first night，called front desk，and nobody pick the phone」

「My stay would have been wonderful if upon check in I wasn’t charged 10 Euros to check in one hour early. The front desk advised me that my room was ready but if I wanted it before 3pm (it was 145pm) I had to pay the 10 Euros which I find absolutely ridiculous and a money grab. It would be different if I was several hours early or if they gave me another room instead. The location was great for the ferry to Helsinki and walking distance to the Old Town. The breakfast buffet was mediocre, okay...

「The place was clean and in a convenient location. Everything was self-serviced. There’s no TV in the room, but not a big problem as we only spent a night there. There was no soap in the dispenser in our room, and the water pressure in the shower was weak. Laundry service was available but apparently only between 9am-9pm, which was basically useless to travellers who arrived late at the hotel.」

「It was a brand-new hotel, so everything was clean and new. Stuff were were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is good which is around 10 minutes walk from Helsinki ferry terminal. Hotel is 5-8 minute walk to historic old town of Tallinn.」

「What an absolutely beautiful hotel. It was right outside of Old Town Tallinn and in the newer part of the city. So many shopping and restaurant options nearby. We walked to and from Terminal D and just about the entire time we were there. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.」

「The spa is included in the room price and it’s quite relaxing with four kinds of saunas.」
