「excellent dinner」

「It is not a very comfortable B&B because the location is not that good and bed was too soft .... but I would say all the staff that I had met at the hotel were excellent. From the manager who gave us a small discount because of our mistakes, the kitchen staff who gave us pots of hot water and breakfast after the breakfast time, the reception lady who looked for the bananas for us because we needed and even the bell boys who helped us to take our heavy luggage between the ground floor and second...

「Extremely welcoming staff and nice amenities, would recommend.」

「I booked it for 2 people. Only 1 towel. Most of the cupboards had 1 hinge hanging of. Only 1/4 of 1 toilet roll and no coffee or tea sachets on arrival (that would of been a small nice gesture). Nothing to dry the washing up of kitchen plates e.t.c or utensils. Confusion about lift key on arrival as it could not be found. Location and site was excellent tho.」

「Are you aware of any communication with this hotel? As you might know they are not in communication with Expedia! That's why my payed reservation was not received by the hotel. I had to pay again!!! Can you refund me? 」

「On-site walk park and garden view is awesome. They have a gym and a swimming pool. Staff is responsive and helpful. Upclass TRM shopping mall is just behind the grounds. Food is not their strong suit but hey... 」
