Royal Kona Resort
Given that our stay was the week of a horrendous storm the staff were friendly and courteous. Housekeeping provided great service with friendly attitudes. Hotel providing guests with breakfast and dinner was a very generous offering. Thank you!

Hilton Grand Vacations Club Ocean Tower Waikoloa Village
The room smelled like a wet dog slept there. There was mold on the vents in the bathroom, the sliding glass doors allowed for rain to come in and we found a cockroach in our closet. The WiFi was weak. The resort is aged and not worth the cost of what we paid.
