「Very nice stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, I arrived about five hours before check-in and the staff was so kind as to allow me to check-in early. The staff was helpful in every way and the tours booked through them were very nice. I highly recommend, and the view of the pyramids was amazing」

She seemed more bothered than informative; and some of her "Egyptology" knowledge was very incorrect related to exhibits at new museum. Food at hotel was awful. Poorly managed and staffed. Definitely not the same as when we stayed there a few years ago.」

「A cozy and welcoming guesthouse in the heart of Giza, about a 15–20 minute drive from the Pyramids and Sphinx complex. Mohamed and his sister, Habiba, were incredibly kind, helpful, and hospitable throughout our stay. This is a guesthouse rather than a hotel, so there is no traditional lobby or common area. 「The breakfast is out of the world, simply amazing!!! Hotel is kinda basic and one of the rooms had a lot of issues. I would go back only for the breakfast and proximity to the pyramids.」

「Staff at this hotel were extremely accommodating and kind. The room was very clean and I liked the special touches from Egypt. There was a little language barrier which is expected. Th downfalls is that none of the amenities worked. The tv wasn’t and Wi-Fi both weren’t working. This is a nosy section with screaming kids until at least 1AM. The rooftop view was incredible!」

「The room smelt of bad drains, when i put the shower on it was coming back out into the bathroom via a drain, due to the smell flies were everywhere. The roof bar staff were all lovely, the man who works on housekeeping wouldnt leave me alone, he was everywhere i went from yhe moment i woke up so i spent the majority of my time away from the hotel. Which isnt a bad thing as there was 0 entertainment, pool or basically anything but a bar serving a very small selection of drinks.」

「Our stay was super! 1. Check-in was super easy and quick. The lady at the reception was excellent; she took us to our room, explained the terrace pyramid view, rooftop, and breakfast, and helped us with taxi bookings, etc. 10/10 2. The cleaning lady did an exceptional job; the room was super clean, cool AC, with no dust or hair. Bed linen was changed every day, and new towels were provided. 10/10 3. Restaurant staff, Fuad and Soudia, really took care of us, serving us the best breakfast we had....
