「Airport transfer to hotel with Ahmed was excellent. He was so informative, it was like being with a tour guide. Hotel is small and on a very busy, noisy, dirty main road. All the staff were lovely and thank you to Mido for making us feel so welcome. Breakfast is delicious and sitting on the rooftop terrace with a view of the pyramids was amazing. Do not have high expectations of the hotel. It is small and in need of redecorating, just needs repainting everywhere and a few things fixed - like...

「Staff were pleasant, and the room was clean though the chair was broken and the tv wasn't working. It took two phone calls followed by two visits to the front desk when no one showed up as promised to fix it after an hour and then even more time after that to get the wifi to work. We were given two hand towels instead of bath towels and no shampoo, with the discovery coming late at night and, with little hope it would be addressed quickly based on the response to the wifi issue, we didn't bother...

「Staff at this hotel were extremely accommodating and kind. The room was very clean and I liked the special touches from Egypt. There was a little language barrier which is expected. Th downfalls is that none of the amenities worked. The tv wasn’t and Wi-Fi both weren’t working. This is a nosy section with screaming kids until at least 1AM. The rooftop view was incredible!」

「The room smelt of bad drains, when i put the shower on it was coming back out into the bathroom via a drain, due to the smell flies were everywhere. The roof bar staff were all lovely, the man who works on housekeeping wouldnt leave me alone, he was everywhere i went from yhe moment i woke up so i spent the majority of my time away from the hotel. Which isnt a bad thing as there was 0 entertainment, pool or basically anything but a bar serving a very small selection of drinks.」
