"Parking lot was sold out and we were not told until arrival. Directions for where to park was unclear and staff did not provide more information or clarity. Room itself was standard and clean and provided a comfortable night stay. There was loud music coming from outside the hotel in an alley nearby. We complained (along with others) and the staff was quick to respond."

"Only great thing was its location. The hotel is dated. Our roomnwaa on the ground level wirg a sliding glad door to the patio that DIDNOT lock. Tv was broke it would only buffer when a channel was selected. We were required to take out the trash or get charged more. "

"The heavy doors slam shut so you will get to listen to that all morning starting around 5. My bathtub drain was plugged but that was addressed while i was out, although they left stringy hairs all over the tub. However the location can't be beat, with beach, restaurants and shopping just steps away."

"This apartment was one of the best we’ve ever stayed in - so well equipped, with beach equipment, a full kitchen and plenty of towels and toiletries, as well as the washer and dryer (and cleaning products) too. The HUGE bed was very comfortable and I’ve never stayed anywhere with a carpeted balcony before! Even the little touches, like shopping bags to borrow to stock up with groceries. Supermarkets were just a couple of minutes drive, and the Kona Brewery less than 10 mins walk. The pool was clean and quiet and a dedicated parking space was really handy. We especially loved the digital lock which meant no keys to have to carry around and the location was just perfect for a short stroll into town. Communication was great too and I would not hesitate to come back here. "
