「Great place to stay and eat」

「Our visit to the property and reception by the front desk was excellent. They had my document ready. Just a signature of confirmation, ID proof and the room was allotted in 30 seconds. While entered the room, it was very clean and fresh. The munch snacks were available inside the room. All basic needs were in place. 「Horrible Experience....We booked two rooms for 25th Dec in advance. The receptionist Sambit also confirmed the booking at his end. When we reached on the 25th Dec to our shock we came to know there was no booking reserved, when checked with Sambit he conveniently denied any communication but when we showed him our call details he acknowledged he did confirm the booking. 「This is a nice budget hotel. Although there was issue with lights going out couple of times and u need bucket & a portable heater for shower at night, overall stay was good. It's close to the train station and other attractions. Breakfast is good - chai is excellent. 」
