When we reached on the 25th Dec to our shock we came to know there was no booking reserved, when checked with Sambit he conveniently denied any communication but when we showed him our call details he acknowledged he did confirm the booking. They had overbooked the property and we were provided an option to another property which was around 10km away from the...
