「Nothing really wrong with this site, Apartment was dated but clean and well stocked. Some wear caused by inconsiderate previous quests.Clean Kitchen with everything you need, Great cold refrigerator, microwave, stove, and kitchenware. Bathroom clean, Large clean shower with hot water. Needs nothing, Great location with good price, Don't know why there are negative comments. This is a quiet place to stay with a clean pool. . 」

「First room we were assigned smelled like a urinal. We immediately walked out. They were super nice and changed immediately with no fuss. Second room Bathtub had mold along the caulking and tub drained super slow. We were there for medical appointment so ended up staying since it was just one night but was not thrilled with the cleanliness of it. Also, pool area should not be a smoke area. We got ran out because one person decided to smoke and I can’t be around smoke even outside.」

「I had a very disturbing experience staying at this hotel. The room was not clean, and the bed sheets were visibly dirty and stained. This alone was unacceptable, but the situation became much worse after I developed painful skin irritation and open sores during my stay. I am extremely concerned about the cleanliness and sanitation of this property. No guest should have to worry about their health and safety due to unsanitary conditions. 「This hotel is very old. There is a musty smell in it! And the space is very small. Bedding burned by smoke」

「The photos listed are not of this property. You are across the street from the ocean. The unit was hodge podge. Only outlet to plug your phone is was above the stove so the cords were hanging down. Tiny coffee maker but no way to plug that in unless you sat it on the stove and used that same outlet. Ceiling fan missing a blade. Water was brownish yellow」
