「The hotel room is clean and comfortable, just it is a little bit far from city center.」

「The hotel was perfect for what we needed (an affordable place to stay and within walking distance of temple bar). The staff were polite and helpful when checking in and out. There are usb plus right by the bed which are really handy with a small ledge to put your phone. Negative is the lack of storage. There are only 3 hangers on the wall to hang stuff. Would’ve been ideal if there were some drawers or a few extra hooks to store things. Also it was right next to the monorail so was quite noisy...

「The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. It was also quite noisy facing the main street while windows needed to keep open for ventilation with no air con...

「The hotel's location is very good, all places you want to go are in the walking distance. The hotel staff are very friendly, especially Miss. Divyaa at the front desk who is very concerning and willing to help. When knowing I have a long flight in the evening she gave a late check out, so i could have a refreshment before flying. I certainly will visit again and introduce to my friends too. Thank you very much Divyaa. 」
