"This property is located in a beautiful setting and we enjoyed our stay though there is definitely room for improvement. Their hot water hookup seems to time out, and was off when we arrived. Once we were ready for our shower we were forced to deal with icy cold water since it was late. It wasn't until we had asked and had it resolved that we found a tiny card by the coffee maker with "hot water" instructions. It would've been helpful if the card had been in the bathroom. Additionally, we understand that being in a natural setting means bugs cannot be avoided altogether, however the amount of dead bugs and dust in the corners of the room made it obvious that the cleaning is sub-par. Aside from these few things, we really enjoyed our short stay and hopefully we can come back and explore a little more of this place."

"Such a cute hotel in a very convenient location. Norma was at the front desk and checked us in. I unexpectedly an unfortunately had a knee arthritis flareup on my trip and had to walk with a cane, and could not manage stairs. The hotel does not have an elevator but Norma put is in the room on the Main Floor as soon as she realized that I couldn’t walk. The rest of my group stayed upstairs. She was very helpful and friendly and was there to answer any questions or get us anything that we might need. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was delicious and served in the hotel instead of us having to walk to the restaurant a short walk away. We only stayed one night, but would definitely have stayed more if our itinerary allowed it. Cute decor. No on site parking but parking on the street was very easy. I will definitely recommend this place in the heart of Ataco."
