「What a lovely experience… The room was very clean and air conditioned. The staff were absolutely lovely, 10/10 experience I can’t say it enough! will definitely stay here if I come back .」

「My room was changed upon arrival, I was not given a room change discount since I did book a bigger room . The room I was in was not clean, because of the location and ability to call and uber and leave was not an option, therefore no point to complain.」

「Was in our room sleeping and at 3:15 in the morning another guest walked into our room. They were given the same exact PIN number to our room. We both were given the same pin to the room. It was a scary situation coming out of our sleep at 3:15 am. After the situation was taken care of we was frightened to go back to sleep.」

「So dirty very very dirty nothing works at all no running water for 6 days ! They won’t even bring you a bucket for your own water I got one roll of toilet paper for 6 days and 4 people communication sucks wifi is terrible in in an old insane asylum right in the middle of the hood」
