「The reason we booked this hotel was for the pool and the hot tub. We booked this on the first Saturday in May, May 2nd and when we get there there is a sign in the lobby that says that the pool and hot tub are closed for “Winter Cleaning”. I would say they were a little late for winter cleaning. Would have been nice to at least to have gotten a notice from the hotel before we got there. We had come in off of a long motorcycle trip and were really looking forward to using the pool and hot tub...
