Best Western St. Catharines Hotel & Conference Centre

"We had a really enjoyable stay and found the hotel to be a great, convenient option for our Niagara weekend! There are lots of amenities on site, including a pool, hot tub, restaurant in the lobby and even an arcade/games room, which was a fun bonus. There was also plenty of parking, which made coming and going really easy. The lobby has been newly renovated and looks fresh and welcoming, and you can see that some updates have also been made to the rooms. The rooms themselves were clean, comfortable and simple — exactly what we needed for our stay. Some areas of the hotel, particularly the hallways and portions of the rooms, are definitely more dated and could use some refreshing to match the renovated lobby. That said, everything was clean and functional, and the amenities and convenience made up for the older elements. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with everything we needed for a Niagara getaway. We would stay again! 😊"

"Great location. Rooms are simple but sufficient in what they offer. The bed was a brick. We were more comfortable on the hard leather loveseat than we were the bed. It could definitely use an upgrade."

"The room was spacious, cozy, and well-maintained, offering a quiet retreat with numerous nearby establishments within walking distance, including the LCBO. There was plenty of free parking available. It’s the perfect location if you’re visiting the falls but want to avoid the crowds at the end of the day to unwind."

"We stayed for one night as a family of four, including a toddler, and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The complimentary buffet breakfast was good and offered a nice variety of choices. One small area that could be improved is the lighting around the mini fridge and coffee machine, as that area was quite dark. Better lighting there would make it more convenient, especially when using the coffee machine at night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return in the future."

"Monique was awesome at the front desk, she helped us as our flight from Hamilton was supper early and check in was at 3pm. She was able to get us early check in. ( We ubered from airport with lots of luggage) Hotel was a bit old but very clean an comfortable. Close to Brock university . We stayed for 1 nigh.t.We will stay here again , good value for the Niagara area. Thanks to the staff , well done.."
